IN-PERSON Nature Infused Yoga with NJ Audubon
IN-PERSON Nature Infused Yoga with NJ Audubon Led by Kristin Mylecraine, Yoga Teacher. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Preregistration is required. There will be no classes 12/23, 12/30, 1/13, and 2/17. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. The in-person class has a limit of 10 people. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. COST: $14 members, $18 nonmembers. Ticket sale ends at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class. Interested in becoming a member? NJ Audubon: Easy Native Plant Propagation Led by Stephanie Punnett, Program Director Residential landscapes are becoming increasingly important for the survival of native pollinators and other wildlife and can be home for both humans and wildlife. In this workshop we’ll show you how to create a wildlife garden and a simple way to start native plants from seed. You can make up to five mini-greenhouses from repurposed materials and plant your choice of over twenty species of native plant seeds. As a bonus, make a pollinator home for native bees from recycled materials for your backyard. All materials provided. One person per ticket. Ticket sale ends 01/18 at 4:00 PM.
