Plant & Sip Terrarium Building reserve a spot to build your own custom terrarium project during our scheduled plant + sip studio hours! you can schedule a time to build your own custom terrarium project with glass options from $29-$54. choose from six different glass options and two different terrarium types depending on your preference and style. plant + sip studio is a self led experience with clear detailed instructions and staff support. each builder gets their own guide to walk them through their build process. plant + sip studio allows for a more relaxed experience than our structured classes. you may choose to build alone, in groups, or in pairs depending on personal preference!

Open Mic Night at Flounder Brewing We have been asked more times than beers we’ve made. When will we host an open mic night at the Flounder barns? Finally! Got an amazing musical talent you’ve been wanting to share? Want to just play a few songs in an amazing space? We are looking for great local musicians who want to show off their talents in their hometown brewery. Please review our guidelines and be sure to register. Please pre-register HERE - you must pre-register for EACH open mic night as we post them. Participants must be 18 years or older. Each participant has 15 minutes. Musicians should be acoustic. Participants will be randomly called to perform. Please arrive prior to the start. We provide the PA with 2 XLR inputs and 1-1/4”. We have 1 DI box. You are responsible to bring and hook up any additional equipment. Our system does have phantom power. We reserve the right not to have a participant perform or to stop and ask a participant to leave if we find any content offensive. IN-PERSON Nature Infused Yoga with NJ Audubon Led by Kristin Mylecraine, Yoga Teacher. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Preregistration is required. There will be no classes 12/23, 12/30, 1/13, and 2/17. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. The in-person class has a limit of 10 people. Maple Sugaring at The EEC Maple sugaring is a tradition in the Northeast that began centuries ago with the Native Americans and Colonists. People of all ages are invited to see this tradition brought to life at the Environmental Education Center (EEC). You will see how trees are tapped, view sap-collecting methods past and present, and see the boiling process that produces delicious New Jersey maple syrup. This 60-minute, outdoor program is conducted at our Sugar Shack, a ½-mile hike from the EEC. Please arrive at the EEC 30-40 minutes before the program start time to purchase tickets and hike to the Sugar Shack to meet your Naturalist.  Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Boots are recommended as the trails can be wet, muddy, and/or covered by snow. Tickets cost $6 per student/senior and $7 per adult.
