Spice Isle is a unique restaurant pushing the boundaries of modern Caribbean cuisine. “Our name, Spice Isle, reflects the heritage of owner Joyce Joseph’s parents and generations prior. They hail from the southeast Caribbean island of Carriacou, Grenada which is known as the “Island of Spice” due to its production of nutmeg and mace, of which it is one of the world’s largest exporters. Fusion represents our modern integration of northern, central, and southern Caribbean island flavors with American influences creating a fresh flair to Caribbean cuisine.”
