Pick Your Project Workshop with Board and Brush Looking for a fun way to connect with friends or family? Join the popular DIY workshop and create your own unique wood sign! Select a wood project from our gallery. All the materials provided and they'll instruct you step-by-step to create a beautiful piece for your home or for a gift. Choose from a variety of paint and wood stain colors in the workshop. Pre-registration is required! *Please allow extra time for parking * Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will need to be rescheduled. Workshops begin & END PROMPTLY. Diggin’ Dinosaurs
Diggin’ Dinosaurs at The EEC (Ages infant-5 with parent) Even though dinosaurs are extinct, they are interesting creatures! Join us as we become paleontologists and discover just what this scientist does all day. We will learn how fossils are formed, uncover some of our very own fossils, and learn some cool dinosaur characteristics.

Irish Seisiun
Irish Seisiun The second AND fourth Thursday of EVERY month! That means its time for our Irish Seisiun! What is an Irish Seisiun? Unlike a performance, the musicians at a seisiun are playing for enjoyment as much for each other as for anyone who comes to listen. There are a core group of players, and others who drop in now and then. In fact, we never know who will show up or what instruments they will play—all completely acoustic and unamplified bringing the barn to life organically! Usually one person will start a tune, and those who know it join in. Musicians play until they feel like stopping or switch tunes. The origin and spirit of this music is in playing for dancers. If Irish dancers drop by to this seisiun, they will be welcome, too! Feel free to make requests if you know an Irish tune. To this group of musicians, virtuosity is less valued than the collective effort.
Pen & Ink Techniques
Pen & Ink Techniques Explore pen and ink in this one-day workshop to create bold and vibrant drawings. Delve into traditional and contemporary pen and ink applications as you learn and experiment with a variety of mark-making techniques. Students will create compositions that will bring objects to life on paper. Tuition: Members $60/Non-Members $85 About the Instructor Margaret Fanning: BFA in Painting, Savannah College of Art and Design. Has exhibited internationally and her art can be found in private collections throughout the U.S. She has won multiple awards including the Alexander Portfolio Award and the NJ Chapter of the American Artists Professional League Traditional Realism Award.
