Led by Stephanie Punnett, Program Director Entice bluebirds to your backyard with a nestbox to raise their young! Eastern Bluebirds are great insect eaters. In this workshop you will assemble a nestbox from a kit, walk outdoors to look in a few nestboxes to look for and identify last year’s nests, and learn how to maintain your nestbox. We’ll look at several ways to mount your nestbox in your yard. Recommended for adults. COST: $15 members, $20 nonmembers. One person per ticket. Ticket sale ends 4/13 at 9:00 AM. Big Astronomy shares the stories of the diverse people and places who make big astronomy and big science happen. This show takes visitors to the deserts and mountaintops where astronomy happens in the most extreme environments and with some of the most interesting people. Weather permitting, the 3M Observatory will be open after the show.  (Recommended for ages 8 to adult)

Beginning with a dance a 4-year-old can perform, adding a step each dance, will bring us to more complicated dances at the end of the night. NO EXPERIENCE Necessary.
