Open Mic Night at Flounder Brewing We have been asked more times than beers we’ve made. When will we host an open mic night at the Flounder barns? Finally! Got an amazing musical talent you’ve been wanting to share? Want to just play a few songs in an amazing space? We are looking for great local musicians who want to show off their talents in their hometown brewery. Please review our guidelines and be sure to register. Please pre-register HERE - you must pre-register for EACH open mic night as we post them. Participants must be 18 years or older. Each participant has 15 minutes. Musicians should be acoustic. Participants will be randomly called to perform. Please arrive prior to the start. We provide the PA with 2 XLR inputs and 1-1/4”. We have 1 DI box. You are responsible to bring and hook up any additional equipment. Our system does have phantom power. We reserve the right not to have a participant perform or to stop and ask a participant to leave if we find any content offensive. Join us on a trip of self-discovery, backed by a new soundtrack of toe-tapping parodied hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. For these four ladies, menopause was not the end, but the beginning of a beautiful friendship where love conquers all, and friendships never fail.

Winter Scene in Watercolor In this one-day workshop, we’ll suggest the starkness and the promise of this changeable month. Learn to mix color by layering pure transparent pigments. Create a delicate winter landscape of deepening hues and values by using only transparent staining colors and allowing each layer to dry before applying the next wash. Using an easy to draw format, we will focus on color, value, and the nature of different pigments. Tuition: $95 Members/Non-Members $120 About the Instructor Doris Ettlinger: A graduate of RISD and the University of Wisconsin – Madison; teacher/coach of the Musconetcong Watercolor Group in Hampton, NJ. Has illustrated over 30 books for children, including the award-winning A Book for Black-eyed Susan and The Orange Shoes. Her books feature a sensitive drawing style and skillful watercolor technique.
