    Nature Days Enrichment Programs At Nature Days, we let kids be kids as they explore, create, and discover! Our educators guide children through structured and unstructured learning and play time outdoors, helping children develop the creativity and critical thinking needed to build long-lasting connections with nature. Age appropriate activities let children develop cognitive, social, and emotional skills, encourage cooperative play, practice positive social behavior and communication skills. Our programs are made up of small groups of children with a low student to teacher ratio, allowing each child to get the attention they need. Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve has plenty of space to explore with quiet forests, trickling streams, colorful meadows, big skies, fresh air, and even some magical places where fairies are thought to live! Ages 3-5 Adult Participation Optional

    Picnics will return spring 2025 When: On May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 June 6, 2025 we reopen our Display Gardens for Friday Night Picnics from 5:30-7:30pm, parking is limited, do not arrive or setup early. Special Saturday Picnic on 5/10/25 to celebrate Mother’s Day weekend, 5:30-7:30pm. Please note that there are no picnics at the Display Gardens outside of these times and there are no picnics allowed at the Cut Flower Fields ever. What to Bring: Bring your own picnic and enjoy the bloom! We recommend you bring a picnic blanket and whatever else you need to make yourself comfortable on the lawns. What you will see & the bloom: You are welcome to walk the gardens and enjoy the bloom. See our Bloom Timeline section for details on what is in bloom. The volume of flowers changes drastically through the season. How Much: Adults $20, children $10. There’s no need to buy a ticket online or make a reservation at this time.
