Instructor Savannah Mignella leads us through an all-level friendly yoga class open to everyone, embracing the benefits of practicing outdoors. Take your breath deeper by breathing in fresh air, reconnect with the natural aspects of yoga, and boost endorphins by flowing in the sun. Each class is focused on breath, mindful movement, building strength and increasing mobility in the body. Walk away feeling refreshed, reenergized, and rejuvenated.
