Event Series Yoga at Carriage Farm

Yoga at Carriage Farm

Carriage Farm 2 Clerico Lane, Hillsborough

Yoga at Carriage Farm Take your yoga practice outside this summer at Carriage Farm with scenic views of the amazing farm and animals - a fresh perspective for your flow. Instructor Savannah Mignella leads us through an all-level friendly yoga class open to everyone, embracing the benefits of practicing outdoors. Take your breath deeper by breathing in fresh air, reconnect with the natural aspects of yoga, and boost endorphins by flowing in the sun. Each class is focused on breath, mindful movement, building strength and increasing mobility in the body. Walk away feeling refreshed, reenergized, and rejuvenated. Afterwards we have asked Flounder Brewing if they can open their doors a little earlier if you would like a post-Yoga beer and they happily obliged on this dates. All participants are asked to bring their own mat but a mat can be provided, space is limited!
