“English Style” Collagraph Prints with Len Merlo Saturday, April 13th, 11am-4pm Members: $70, Non-Members: $85, Material Fee: $50 In this course, artists will learn how to combine rich tonalities and textures with the mysterious effects of Collagraph (Relief) and Drypoint (Intaglio) techniques. Participants will prepare, create, and print two plates that use both relief and intaglio methods. All materials, mediums, and clean-up materials used in this course will be non-toxic, and they will fulfill the mission of our non-toxic and environmentally safe initiative. About the Instructor: Len Merlo is a full time artist and activist living and working in South Plainfield, NJ. He has 25 years of experience teaching art in NJ Public Schools and has taught workshops in ceramics, sculpture and printmaking.
