During this 3.5-hour class Colette will guide you on how to create this 3 layer 8-inch cake. You will learn how to cover, sculpt and create all details needed to decorate this cake using Satin Ice Fondant. She created cakes for the weddings of Marie-Chantal Miller and Prince Pavlos of Greece and Alexandra Miller and Alexander Von Furstenburg. She has created window displays for both Tiffany and Company and Cartier’s New York stores and was featured in the 2010 holiday windows in Barney’s New York store.

Our youngest audience members can sing along with songs by a variety of artists.  “Kalien the Alien” by mr RAY, “I Don’t Want to Live on the Moon” from Sesame Street, “Everything is Awesome” from the LEGO Movie, and more.  Most songs are illustrated with lasers and other songs feature video images. (Recommended for ages 3-8)

Kids will learn how to paint a pottery project and watch a movie. We'll play fun games after! Kids ages 6 and over may be dropped off. Younger kids are welcome to attend with a parent.
