Flounder's 4th Annual Kringle Market Events on the Farm NJ is proud to announce the 4th annual Flounder's Kringle Market on beautiful Carriage Farm in the heart of Hillsborough - Presented in part by Visit Somerset County! Shop 35+ vendors for special, one-of-a-kind holiday gifts for loved ones - or yourself! All vetted by Marketspace Vendor Events to ensure you are visiting unique makers. Steps Together will be selling Flounder beer and warmed cider from Bellemara to enjoy as you walk the market with all proceeds going to this amazing local charity. Central Jersey Nurseries will be set in the middle of it all with Christmas trees, wreaths, and more! Enjoy the sounds of a brass quintet playing traditional holiday songs. Grab pictures with Santa inside Flounder Brewing. Catch a local dance company's holiday recital on select days (TBD). Details:-$10 per car parking-Parking opens at 10:50 am each day-Parking is free after 4:30 pm each day so those heading to the Brewery or Distillery for the night can come after 4:30 and avoid the parking fee-In the event of inclement weather the market will be cancelled that day - this will be announced early the morning of-Absolutely no outside alcohol

Angela Pilgrim & Barbara Wallace Solo Exhibitions at The Center for Contemporary Art The Center for Contemporary Art is pleased to present two fall solo exhibitions on view September 27 through December 8. Angela Pilgrim: New Growth presents the work of Angela Pilgrim whose studio is in Newark, New Jersey. She explains, “My work explores the Black female gaze through figurative imagery of the body. Utilizing portraiture, printmaking, pattern making and mixed media.” Barbara Wallace: Sculpture showcases the work of sculptor Barbara Wallace, who resides in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Wallace is a sculptor known for her figurative art works and innovative use of recycled materials. When discussing her work, she explains, “Shape, form and structure are essential aspects of my sculptures created with a paper mache technique in recycled paper, cardboard, wire, metal and acrylic paint…. Using up-cycled resources addresses my concerns about climate change and the environment.”
