Scare Farm at Norz Hill Farm Do you think you have what it takes to make it through Scare Farm, our haunted attractions? Scare Farm has 3 haunted attraction, Creepy Hollow & Paranoia which are both walking haunted trails and The Slay Ride, our haunted hayride. Scare Farm is open throughout the month of October on Friday, Saturday & some Sunday nights. Embrace the madness and mayhem. And brings your friends to be terrorized, too. Join us all weekend long as we celebrate 10 years since our first official commercial release! All ages except Saturday after 5 is 21+ It all starts Friday with some awesome beer and we have Walt Syzonenko playing the polka hits on the accordion 6-9. Saturday we'll be outside in the horseshoe so bring the blankets and camp chairs and we've got the Flounder Brass Band playing the traditional Bavarian tunes 1-4. Please note children are welcome but must be with you at all times, for everyone's safety please leave the footballs, soccer balls, etc at home. Outdoors will close at 5. Then Saturday night starting at 5 we are 21+ only inside and we welcome all the way from Pittsburgh the Garrett Tatano Band bringing traditional German mixed with some Rocktoberfest and we will be dancing to close at 10! Then we bring it down a bit on Sunday with a special Brewer's Hour at 11 where we will be featuring a special cask beer. Tickets are required for the Brewer's Hour and can be found at bio.site/flounderbrewing - Delta House members do not need tickets. Special releases all weekend long!!

Making Good Trouble with Bad Printing with Amos Paul Kennedy Jr. Frontline Arts is excited to announce the visit of esteemed letterpress printer Amos Paul Kennedy Jr. to the studios from October 9th through October 11th. This visit was made possible by funds from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts. Frontline Arts was awarded the Special Initiative Grant by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts in May of 2023 for Kennedy’s October visit. The initial planning of this project was also supported in part by General Operating Support received from the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation. Frontline Arts  will be facilitating two days of letterpress workshops, led by Kennedy, on October 10th and the 11th, free of charge and open to the public, at our studios in Branchburg, NJ. Participants will make and take a variety of layered, letterpress posters, printed with vintage wood type on proofing presses. These workshops will culminate in a free artist talk at the Newark Public Library on the evening of the 11th (registration is required).
