The Art of Recovery: Connecting Through Transformative Creativity In observance of September as National Recovery Month The Center in partnership with Community in Connection is pleased to present “The Art of Recovery.” “The Art of Recovery” showcases the transformative power of creativity in personal recovery. This exhibition highlights artistic expression as a vital healing tool, helping individuals process emotions, share their journeys, and reconnect with themselves and their communities. Through painting, sculpture, photography and more, participants find strength, resilience, and hope. “The Art of Recovery” celebrates how creativity fosters personal growth, reduces stigma, and unites communities.

November 15th – December 12th Reservations will be available Monday – Thursday Friday – Sunday will be Walk-ins Only December 13th – 24th Walk-ins Only During reservation times, they are strongly recommended – walk-ins allowed as schedule permits but cannot be guaranteed. To book your reservation, select your preferred date and time below. A $20 deposit is required at time of booking. Your deposit includes your visit with Santa and a $20 credit towards your purchase of photos and/or digital download. Santa Cares Day Sunday Dec 1st 10am – 12pm Bridgewater Commons welcomes families to a sensory-friendly Santa experience. Make holiday memories in a soothing environment. PET Photos with santa Tuesday December 3 & Thursday December 5 3pm-7pm Bring your furry, four-legged family members to meet Santa! Cats and dogs are welcome with their pet parents on a leash or in a carrier. A percentage of sales benefit the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter.

Located in Center Court on the shopping center’s Lower Level, visits to Santa Celebration will begin Saturday, Nov. 16 through Tuesday, Dec. 24 ‘Tis the season for Santa, shopping, and holiday events. Visit and investigate each of the 6 rooms independently or together, speak with our tour guides, and learn about the many wonderful tales from Watchung’s (nearly) 100 year history! The Texier House Museum is typically open the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month from 2pm to 4pm, but be sure to periodically check this page for any updates or event closings. Admission is FREE. Donations are always greatly appreciated.

American Cyanamid/Calco Pop-Up Museum American Cyanamid and Calco Chemicals have a prominent part in New Jersey history and the world. There are many people who worked there, had family members who worked there who can share stories, share memorabilia and enlighten others about the company, their work. We look forward to meeting the exhibitors, seeing the items and more! American Cyanamid/Calco saved the Van Horne House from destruction, restored and saved the house for future generations.
