Neshanic Station Flea Market The Flea Market will be held on Saturdays from April through October from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. Rain Date: Each scheduled date is weather-dependent, so check this web page or our Google listing for any weather-related cancellations. Location: The Neshanic Station Flea Market is located at 111 Elm Street at the foot of the historic Neshanic Station Bridge in Branchburg. Vendors: Just $15 to rent a spot for the day. This is an outdoor flea market, so bring your own tables or racks to display your goods. All types of merchandise – antiques, collectibles, furniture, jewelry, housewares, tools, electronics, games, videos, books, toys, arts and crafts, memorabilia, clothing, etc. – are welcome. We also welcome sellers of honey, fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, and other food items. Space is assigned to vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis starting at 7:00 am the day of the Flea Market. Shoppers: Attendance is FREE and there's lots of free parking. The Flea Market is open to shoppers from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. We encourage shoppers to bring a cash or food donation for the Somerset County Food Pantry. Enjoy a quiet morning here at the Sanctuary walking the trails with an NJ Audubon staff or Associate Naturalist. These walks are informal and informative: birds, trees, tracks, wildflowers, reptiles, and amphibians are a few of nature’s wonders waiting for us to discover. The walks are cancelled if there is snow, rain, or weather warnings. Registration required by 4:00 PM the day before the walk. Pre-registration Required. COST: Free for members, $5 nonmembers. Hayride, Corn Maze, and Pumpkin Picking Event Experience the best of fall at our farm with our Hayride, Corn Maze, and Petting Zoo event! Starting in late September and running through October, this event offers an outdoor adventure for the whole family. Your $18 admission includes a scenic round-trip hayride through the farm, a journey through our fun-filled corn maze, entry to our pumpkin patch, and petting zoo admission (where you can meet and pet our friendly farm animals). While pumpkins and gourds are not included in the ticket, they are available for purchase in the field! (cash only, by size). Children under 24 months old enjoy free admission. Politics at the Parsonage Explore the long history of the “Politics at the Parsonage” from the American Revolution to World War I at this open house of Old Dutch Parsonage State Historic Site. Drop-in talks and exhibits will recur throughout the weekend: • “Asserting Their Just Rights” Old Dutch Parsonage’s Col Frederick Frelinghuysen & Rev. Jacob Rutsen Hardenbergh at the Provincial Congress of New Jersey • “Washington, or Wilson?” Sen. Joseph S. Frelinghuysen, Sr. Ending & Remembering World War I in Somerset County from Raritan Historic and Cultural Committee • “Rightfully Hers: American Women and the Vote” pop-up exhibit from U.S. National Archives Volunteers of the Wallace House and Old Dutch Parsonage Association support this program. Walk an Alpaca - Saturday Mornings PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! NON REFUNDABLE!!!!! NON CHANGEABLE!!!! Alpaca Halter Training (Walking): Walk one of our beautiful, friendly Alpacas around our property. Enjoy their wonderful personalities and cuteness overload. You will be instructed on how to handle your alpaca and we will give you a little bit of information on our Alpacas. 1 reservation is 1 Alpaca and 1 Person. Children under the age of 9 cannot walk by themselves. Your walk will last around 15 minutes. Feel free to take lots of pictures with your alpaca and if you need assistance doing so, please as one of our Volunteers for help. This is a rain/snow or shine unless torrential rain then we will postpone. PLEASE BE ONTIME! IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED WALK, YOUR WALK WILL BE CANCELLED!!!!! Our helpers are all volunteers, so tipping is appreciated.

Now including a full encampment on the front lawn courtesy of the Winfield Scott Camp No. 73, sponsored by the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War! Jump in our time machine and stop by anytime.
