Highland Park Swing Orchestra
White Oak Park 235 Baird Road, Branchburg, NJ, United StatesHighland Park Swing Orchestra The Highland Swing Orchestra from Highland Park, NJ, will be performing at White Oak Park, Branchburg, NJ, under the Pavillon. The concert is on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 7:00 PM. Spectators are requested to bring lawn chairs. The HSO plays classic swing music from the 1930s -1960s. The band is directed by Melchi Michel. The 18-piece band includes James Sheeley, Branchburg resident, and Matt Krempasky, former Somerville High School Band Director, who are Highland Swing Orchestra members. Bring your dancing shoes for this fantastic night of music in the park

Nature Days Enrichment Programs At Nature Days, we let kids be kids as they explore, create, and discover! Our educators guide children through structured and unstructured learning and play time outdoors, helping children develop the creativity and critical thinking needed to build long-lasting connections with nature. Age appropriate activities let children develop cognitive, social, and emotional skills, encourage cooperative play, practice positive social behavior and communication skills. Our programs are made up of small groups of children with a low student to teacher ratio, allowing each child to get the attention they need. Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve has plenty of space to explore with quiet forests, trickling streams, colorful meadows, big skies, fresh air, and even some magical places where fairies are thought to live! Ages 3-5 Adult Participation Optional
