Nature Infused Yoga w/ NJ Audubon

Led by Kristen Mylecraine, Yoga Teacher and NJ Audubon Senior Research Scientist Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat. For ages 15 years and older. This workshop will be held outdoors when the weather is suitable. During inclement weather it will be held indoors. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. There will be no classes 4/4, 5/9, and 5/23. Signs of Spring
Duke Farms 1112 Dukes Parkway West, Hillsborough, NJ, United StatesBirds, buds, bees, or bless yous—what signs tell you that spring has sprung? Nothing but the return of spring manages to feel so new and so familiar at the same time. On this outing, we'll take time to read the land for signs of the changing season: bursting buds, birdsong, buzzing bees, and spring ephemerals—the inconspicuous early bloomers that serve as vital sources of nectar and pollen for native insects. Come with us in search of these fascinating plants and all the other highlights of this season of awakening. This program will take place entirely outdoors. Please dress for the weather. Participants will travel about 2 miles on paved, gravel, and dirt surfaces. Program Guidelines Did you know members receive 10% off all programs?
