This class runs 90 minutes, and all materials and instructions are included. Your ticket includes a small glass vessel — upgrade to a larger size when you arrive! Medium vessels are $29, large are $39, and extra large are $49. Open desert terrariums are built with arid plants, rock, moss, and wood. All plants are drought-tolerant, needing water only every 2–3 weeks — cacti, hoyas, haworthias, peperomias, and more. Enclosed terrariums are a self-sustaining slice of the rainforest in a jar, layered with tropical plants, live moss, wood, and rock. Add water and springtails to kickstart your own living ecosystem, seal it with a cork lid, and check in every month or two. Our greenhouse classes are BYOB! Wine glasses provided. Feel free to bring your own beverage, coffee, or light snacks. "Plant + sip" classes are catered towards adults 21+. Individuals under 21 are welcome, however any minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
