    Raritan Headwaters Lantern Walk November 10th, 2024 4:00 – 7:00 pm Rain Date – November 17th Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve 2121 Larger Cross Road, Bedminster, NJ Raritan Headwaters continues the tradition of celebrating a historic European festival celebrating autumn at the end of the agricultural year and the beginning of the harvest. Festive music plays as we carry our lanterns through the meadows of Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve on a moonlit night. Stay tuned for more information! Raritan Headwaters is a nonprofit conservation organization protecting land and water. Our vision is that everyone within our reach has access to safe, clean water that is swimmable, fishable, and above all, drinkable. All proceeds benefit our conservation mission and programs.

    Creative Women's Showcase The Center is pleased to present the Creative Women’s Showcase exhibition on view November 1 – December 8, 2024, curated by Ilisa Zollenberg. Exhibiting artists Serena Bocchino (Basking Ridge), Meeta Garg (Basking Ridge), Ivey Kampouris (Bridgewater), Grace Martoccia (Basking Ridge), Seanna Noonan (Basking Ridge), Carolina W. Rivera (Califon), Isabell Villacis (South Bound Brook), and Ilisa Zollenberg (Basking Ridge) will showcase their work in mixed media, pastels, acrylic, photography, and more. Ilisa Zollenberg, Curator, says “Art is a powerful communicator. It connects us to each other. It introduces us to strangers. It is a storyteller of the soul. It entices the audience to look further into a message that needs to be told.” There will be a special opening reception, free and open to the public, on November 1 from 5:30-9pm with a celebration of women artists and business owners with an art exhibition, vendor sale, and meet & greet.

    Norz Hills Farm Farmers Market

    Norz Hill Farm Farmers Market In addition to its regular farm market hours, Norz Hill Farm is adding a weekly farmers market to its schedule of community-friendly events this summer. Taking place on Tuesday afternoons from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at 120 South Branch Road in Hillsborough, the market will feature wholesome foods and items from area vendors. “The purpose of the market is to offer fresh food and products to Somerset County and neighboring regions,” said Megan Norz, the farm market manager. The market will take place rain or shine, except in the event of severe weather.
