The exhibition aims to celebrate our member artists' avant-garde and rebellious spirit, allowing for a diverse showcase of innovative and boundary-pushing artwork. Juror: This year Frontline Arts member Dave DiMarchi will be our Annual Members' Show juror. Dave is a multi-disciplinary artist specializing in printmaking, papermaking, and sculptural book forms. He has exhibited his work in the US and internationally and teaches in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Ridge, NJ – The Farmstead Arts is delighted to announce that it will host the New Jersey Highlands Coalition art exhibit. The exhibition will run from January 12 to February 23, 2025, at the Farmstead Arts Center, located at 450 King George Road, Basking Ridge, NJ. The exhibit will feature a diverse collection of fine art, photography, sculpture, and mixed media pieces inspired by the natural beauty of the Highlands region, encompassing areas of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. This annual event aims to highlight the intersection of art and environmental conservation, promoting the mission of the New Jersey Highlands Coalition to protect and enhance the vital resources of the Highlands. Visitors can explore the gallery for free during regular hours: Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Join us Friday, February 7th 2025 for a guided Sunset Meditation at the RVCC Planetarium! How do STEM workers, NASA professionals, athletes, and business executives cope with stress? Mindfulness. Meditation is a powerful tool for maintaining psychological health and resilience. Since the planetarium offers a dark and quiet space for relaxation, it is the perfect place for meditation. Enjoy a guided meditation experience in the comfortable, reclined seats in the RVCC Planetarium. Relax under a night sky filled with stars, then travel from Earth to beyond our galaxy. (Recommended for ages 10-adult) Reservations are recommended but not required. Tickets are $11 per person for one show, $20 per person for two. Meet Hannah Till – Live Performance
Meet Hannah Till - Live Performance Friday, February 7 at 7 PM Mt. Zion AME Church 189 Hollow Rd., Skillman, NJ 08558 Educator and historical reenactor Leslie Bramlett will portray Hannah Archer Till, George Washington’s personal cook during the Revolutionary War, in an original one-woman show. The daughter of an enslaved African American woman and an Oneida Indian man, Hannah Till was born into slavery in 1721. In 1777, she was leased to General George Washington as his cook and servant. She and her husband purchased their freedom the next year, but continued to work for Washington and the Marquis de Lafayette until the end of the war. She was present at every battle Washington fought during the Revolution.
