"Just a Walk" at Sourland Mountain Preserve Join us for a casual walk on Black Friday with Sourland Conservancy's Executive Director, Laurie Cleveland at the Sourland Mountain Preserve in Somerset County, and explore a new trail or rediscover a trail with us, as a group. Together, we’ll walk the trail at a leisurely pace to observe the forest and fields around us. Please dress for the weather, wear comfortable hiking shoes, bring your own bottle of water and we’ll be on our way! Donations are appreciated. Participants must register and sign a waiver to attend the hike. Please leave your pets at home for this walk.

Join Candyland Crafts for a two-hour session where your kids can learn how to make six cupcakes each, creating Santa, Mrs. Claus, and even an elf! Join us at Burnt Mill Potters for a two hour block of fun and creativity! Get your hands dirty and let your imagination soar as you create your very own trees. This event is perfect for both beginners and experienced artists alike. Appropriate for age 8 and older or with adult supervision. Decorate slabs of clay, cut with start shaped cutters and assemble into a tree. You choose the color. Finished glazed pieces will be available for pick up about 3 weeks later.
