Twice a year, Atlantic Visiting Nurse holds an epic rummage sale at the Far Hills Fairgrounds. This fundraiser helps provide home health and hospice care for uninsured. It involves hundreds of volunteers and attracts thousands of bargain hunters who scour our two acres and 25 departments. Lord Stirling 1770’s Festival

Colonial craftspeople will ply their trades while a Town Crier announces the local news. Enjoy Colonial music, cider pressing demonstrations, and festive performances! Come see Revolutionary War militias conduct maneuvers outside detachment camps on the former estate lawn of Lord Stirling. Experience what life in Somerset County was like in the fall of 1770 and learn about our local Revolutionary War hero, Lord Stirling. Craft sales are prohibited to ensure an enjoyable and educational living history event.
