Led by Kristin Mylecraine, Yoga Teacher. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Preregistration is required.  Ticket sales end at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. The in-person class has a limit of 10 people. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. Somerville High School Visual Arts Showcase

Located at the Community Hub at Bridgewater Commons, Main Level across from the LEGO Store. Somerville High School, in partnership with Bridgewater Commons, proudly showcase over 400 pieces of student artwork from grades 9 -12 on display in a gallery setting at the Community Hub, elevating their annual March celebration of the arts. The artwork will include digital and fine arts from pencil, paint, pen, and ink to mixed media pieces and photography. Somerville High School has been serving students in 9th thru 12th grades from Somerville and Branchburg Township in Somerset County since 1888.

Wind Chime Making 101

In this workshop, you will assemble a wind chime using different metal shapes and beads to create a work of art! All items needed to make one wind chime are provided, including a small pack of beads. However, you are welcome to bring any special beads you may like to add to your piece! The Windchime is comprised of shapes, skillfully cut from metal sheets. Glass beads help add color and personality. All of the components, when combined with waxed cord, creates a work of art! Proudly display them outside in your garden, on the front porch, or as décor inside your home. This is a great workshop for both teens and adults. No tools or experience is needed. Pictured, you can see what is provided... We have two themed wind chimes to choose from: BUTTERFLY and BUNNY! Be sure to pick the design you want to create during this workshop when purchasing your ticket!

This is a beautiful, knowing play about friendship that will provide an evening of enchantment.

“Black Holes” takes audience members on a journey through one of the most mystifying, awe-inspiring phenomena in the universe: a black hole.  Take a virtual tour through space and explore the science and mystery of black holes: Where do they come from? How do we find them? Is there one on Earth’s horizon?  Weather permitting, the 3M Observatory will be open after the show. (Recommended for ages 8 to adult)

Celebrate St. Patty’s day a wee bit early at the Brook Arts Center on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Andy Cooney’s outstanding voice and dynamic stage presence are a favorite among young and old alike. From his sold-out, “The New York Tenors” performances at Carnegie Hall to performing across America, Cooney is surely one of the greatest singing sensations on the Irish Music scene today.
