The Landing
We wanted to personally introduce you to the newly renovated, Landing. What started out as a farmhouse that became Pheasant’s Landing in the eighties, is now The Landing. Our farmhouse restaurant and pub is located in lovely rural Hillsborough Township, New Jersey, but is accessible by various major roadways. The Landing as it stand today pays homage to the past but with an updated flair to serve both existing and new customers. When you visit you’ll find that this landmark location brings back great memories but also serves up new American cuisine, live music and a fresh atmosphere.

The décor at Red Horse follows the lead of Chef Burke’s flagship Red Horse steakhouse in Rumson with bright interior colors and original, equine-themed artwork. Chef Burke’s signature Pink Himalayan Salt bricks play a key role within his modern American steakhouse menu. Chef Burke earned a U.S. patent for his salt dry-aging process for prime beef, several cuts are served on his menu. Joining the sublime steaks are seafood selections, salt brick crispy skin chicken, smoked duck, eggplant parmesan and artistically crafted house-made desserts.
