Join us for an evening of fun and warmth around the campfire for a midwinter “friluftsfest” at Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve in Bedminster, NJ! We’ll gather under a winter full moon for an unforgettable experience inspired by the Scandinavian ethos of enjoying nature in all seasons. Celebrate the magic of midwinter with enchanting illuminated trails, and delicious treats to enjoy under the bright January moon. Bundle up and get ready for a festive, bright night of laughter and community!

Enjoy a 1-hour, indoor, all-level, gentle yoga class taught by certified Yoga instructor and Director of Education, Lauren Theis. Beginners are welcome! Bring your own mat, or there will be a limited amount of mats to borrow. Class will be followed with an optional 1-hour guided hike on the easy trails of Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve! Pay what you can/wish, all are welcome! Advanced registration is required so we can alert you to changes due to weather.

Join us for a fun, educational, and easy walk on the trails of Fairview Farm! Forester Heather Gracie will guide us for a short, easy walk on the trails of Fairview Farm, showing us how to to identify a variety of trees in the winter months. We will also be keeping our eyes peeled for winter wildlife, and learning how valuable trees are for native birds and mammals in the winter. Bundle up...this program will be held entirely outdoors! Bring a reusable thermos if you have one...coffee, tea, and hot cocoa will be served!
