This exhibition highlights artistic expression as a vital healing tool, helping individuals process emotions, share their journeys, and reconnect with themselves and their communities. Through painting, sculpture, photography and more, participants find strength, resilience, and hope. “The Art of Recovery” celebrates how creativity fosters personal growth, reduces stigma, and unites communities.

Santa at the Commons Santa will begin welcoming children of all ages for visits and photos filled with holiday magic. Located in Center Court on the shopping center’s Lower Level, visits to Santa Celebration will begin Saturday, Nov. 16 through Tuesday, Dec. 24 ‘Tis the season for Santa, shopping, and holiday events. Photos with Santa November 16 – December 24 Santa Cares Day Sunday Dec 1st 10am – 12pm Bridgewater Commons welcomes families to a sensory-friendly Santa experience. Make holiday memories in a soothing environment. PET Photos with Santa Tuesday December 3 & Thursday December 5 3pm-7pm Bring your furry, four-legged family members to meet Santa! Cats and dogs are welcome with their pet parents on a leash or in a carrier. A percentage of sales benefit the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter.

2 Hour Pottery Wheel Workshop Wheel Throwing Pottery ClassFriday, November 29th: 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm Visit the studio for a two-hour wheel throwing pottery class. The instructor will give a comprehensive demonstration. Then each person works at their own wheel to create with lots of help from the instructors. Each potter will choose the glaze color for at least 2 pieces to complete the process of firing and glazing. Items will be available for pick up about 3 weeks later. $98 per person for 2 hours includes 2 finished pieces. Each additional finished piece is $10. https://www.burntmillpotters.com/workshops

Magical Christmas Ballet, Friday, November 29, with performances at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Part of RVCCArts’ Mainstage series, Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet offers the gift of Christmas to the entire family. Celebrate America’s favorite Christmas tradition with an international all-star cast that blends world-class ballet with whimsical puppets, lavish costumes, and stunning acrobatics. Share the tradition of pure holiday magic and Tchaikovsky’s timeless score with friends and family of all ages. Local audiences won’t want to miss the chance to create memories of a lifetime. The production features renowned dancers from around the world, Broadway-level sets and costumes, and vibrant new choreography that fuses classical ballet, puppetry, and acrobatics. Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet is a holiday spectacular that has received acclaim from critics and audiences alike. As is the custom, local students of Gotta Dance will perform along with the professional dancers of the world-renowned company. Caroline Hidalgo and Erin Ford coordinate the auditions and rehearsals for the approximately 100 young dancers from Gotta Dance, which has studios in Basking Ridge, Bridgewater, Martinsville, and Warren.
