Paint and Read with Santa

Join Mimosas & Masterpieces at Alley 14 in Bound Brook NJ for this Family Fun Experience! Your child’s experience begins with a personalized and sealed letter, mailed from the North Pole; inviting them to a Story and Craft Time party with Santa! Once you arrive to our winter wonderland you may help yourselves to snacks and refreshments as well as the Hot Cocoa Bar! Craft your best hot cocoa using flavored syrups and toppings! (Upgrade your ticket for a personalized mug!) Take a seat and work on small ornament crafts at the table while you await painting instructions! We’re offering two painting options based on your children/toddler’s ability! Option one (usually for ages 6 and under) 9x12 canvas will have a snowman decal already applied to it. Each child will receive a colorful apron to use and take home! Parents will assist children with squeezing paint on their canvases, then inserting the canvas into a large zipper bag. Once sealed you can guide your child to smear the paint on their canvas- MESS FREE! (We will assist with removing canvas and decal.) Explore the Christmas trees and customs of Queen Charlotte and Queen Victoria and the living history of Queen Elizabeth II’s Jubilee Trees and New Jersey’s heritage trees. This festive historic houses tour concludes our own jubilee year for 125 years of historic preservation at Wallace House & Old Dutch Parsonage from Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee in 1897 to Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022. The Wallace House and Old Dutch Parsonage Association are dedicated supporters of Wallace House & Old Dutch Parsonage State Historic Sites carrying on the tradition of civic engagement in historic preservation at Wallace House & Old Dutch Parsonage begun 125 years in 1897 by the Revolutionary Memorial Society of New Jersey. Today the association supports the State Park Service as New Jersey prepares for the 250th anniversary of New Jersey’s first Constitution in 2026 and George Washington’s winter headquarters at Wallace House in 2028-29: http://www.wallacehouseassociation.org/join.htm

It's that feeling you get when Christmas time comes, and you smell the cookies baking in the oven and the sound of holiday music coming from your Bluetooth speakers. So why not upgrade your yuletide joy with a holiday hayride at Norz Hill Farm! Norz Hill Farm offers Hayride experiences complete with holiday lights, animal and outdoor interactive displays, a spin by the animals, and perhaps a stop by Santa's cornfield office! Bring the blankets and bundle up for a cozy, heart-lifting time. Bring your camera and take your Holiday Pictures (no professional photographers, please) Warming Fire - toast up some marshmallows and enjoy some hot cocoa. The Home Farm Stand will be open so you can stock up on meats, pies, pasta, and so much more.
