Sunrise Paddle at EEC Rise and shine! Start your day with a quiet paddle on the Passaic River. See swamp sights before the day gets busy. This paddle will help you get centered for beginning your day! Participants will meet at Fisherman’s Parking Lot in Lord Stirling Park, Basking Ridge, NJ. Pre-registration is required.

Nature Days Enrichment Programs At Nature Days, we let kids be kids as they explore, create, and discover! Our educators guide children through structured and unstructured learning and play time outdoors, helping children develop the creativity and critical thinking needed to build long-lasting connections with nature. Age appropriate activities let children develop cognitive, social, and emotional skills, encourage cooperative play, practice positive social behavior and communication skills. Our programs are made up of small groups of children with a low student to teacher ratio, allowing each child to get the attention they need. Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve has plenty of space to explore with quiet forests, trickling streams, colorful meadows, big skies, fresh air, and even some magical places where fairies are thought to live! Ages 3-5 Adult Participation Optional

2024 Somerset County 4-H Fair The 4-H Fair is back for 3 more days of family fun! Expect tons of hands-on activities, great food and live music, and wonderful exhibits for the whole family. As always, the fair has FREE PARKING and ADMISSION, giving the opportunity for everyone to enjoy an extraordinary day outdoors!
