Pick Your Own Project Workshop with Board and Brush Looking for a fun way to connect with friends or family? Join Board and brushes most popular DIY workshop and create your own unique wood sign! Select a wood project from their gallery. They'll provide all the materials and instruct you step-by-step to create a beautiful piece for your home or for a gift. Choose from a variety of paint and wood stain colors in the workshop. Pre-registration is required. Event Series Maple Sugaring

Maple Sugaring

Maple Sugaring at The EEC Maple sugaring is a tradition in the Northeast that began centuries ago with the Native Americans and Colonists. People of all ages are invited to see this tradition brought to life at the Environmental Education Center (EEC). You will see how trees are tapped, view sap-collecting methods past and present, and see the boiling process that produces delicious New Jersey maple syrup. This 60-minute, outdoor program is conducted at our Sugar Shack, a ½-mile hike from the EEC. Please arrive at the EEC 30-40 minutes before the program start time to purchase tickets and hike to the Sugar Shack to meet your Naturalist.  Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Boots are recommended as the trails can be wet, muddy, and/or covered by snow. Tickets cost $6 per student/senior and $7 per adult.

Sculpt a Flower Bowl

Roll, mold, sculpt and paint a slab of clay into a beautiful flower under the guidance of experienced clay artists. Finished pieces are decorative as well as functional. Glazed bowls will be available for pick up about 3 weeks later. Ages 12 and over. Beginner to advanced skill level. 8 inch bowl for $60 dollars. Beer with the Babes at Jersey Cyclone

Beer with the Babes by BabeSocial Join us for a BabeSocial event at Jersey Cyclone Brewing Company in Somerset, NJ! This event is all about celebrating great brews and badass women. Let's drink beer, make friendship bracelets (not kidding), play beer bingo, act a fool at the selife station, and giggle w/ the babes. $9 admission will getcha access to lots of activities (you won't have to wonder what to do with your hands) and fun beer deals! $15 at the door.
