Mystery at the Meadows – YOU are the detective!
Mystery at the Meadows - YOU are the detective! Sunday August 11, 2024 / 1-5 PM / 280 S Middlebush Rd, Somerset Nicky Wagner, the safecracker, is dead. But he’s not an innocent victim – his death is wrapped up in a diamond heist that was worth a lot of money. Did one of his partners do him in? Did someone get greedy, was it a personal vendetta, or did one of his cohorts make a mistake? It’s up to you to find out! As an aspiring private detective, you will need to assess all of the interested parties, crack codes, and examine evidence. You will be dealing with some shady characters in a subculture that is thick as thieves. It will take 3-4 hours to get through all of the available information and ultimately determine the true murderer. Light refreshments will be served. For extra fun, you may dress as your favorite fictional sleuth (Sherlock Holmes, Magnum PI, Hercule Poirot, Columbo, etc). This event will take place on Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 1-5 pm at the historic Van Liew-Suydam house: 280 South Middlebush Road, Somerset, NJ. Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-members.
