Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat. For ages 15 years and older. This workshop will be held outdoors when the weather is suitable. During inclement weather it will be held indoors. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. There will be no class 7/4. COST: $15 members, $20 nonmembers. Take a trip through time – back to the days before cars, telephones, and the internet! Explore a hands-on, family-friendly program exploring everyday life for children during the Revolutionary War. Listen to the story of General Henry Knox as a child, compare historic images of the Jacobus Vanderveer House to the homes we live in today, play with colonial toys and games, and make your own colonial-era hat! Don’t forget to sign your name on the life-size replica of the Declaration of Independence before you leave! This program is recommended for children ages 8-12.
