    Come join The Heritage Trail Association for a Colonial Ball, a festive evening of 18th-century entertainment. Through yoga we’ll open up the five senses and discover how movement, breathe, and mindfulness can increase our flavor and scent receptors allowing us to smell and taste all of the notes of beer!
