Battle of Bound Brook Your Hosts, Elizabeth and Philip Van Horne invite all to the Family Publick Ball! At the Van Horne House. Live music by the wonderful Anne and Ridley Enslow and dances called by the Van Hornes own Dance Master, Mr. Lazarus Turner! Dances begin simple and add steps along the way. Come join The Heritage Trail Association for a Colonial Ball, a festive evening of 18th-century entertainment. Caller Janice Wolk will “call” dances for both beginner and experienced dancers, with colonial music provided by Anne and Ridley Enslow. Reservations are suggested. Join us (almost) every second Sunday! Yoga+Beer come together for a unique 60 minute yoga class to open up the senses in Flounder Brewing Company’s private loft! Yoga is known for increasing flexibility, calming the mind, and releasing stress; but yoga can also be used to ignite the 5 senses. Through yoga we’ll open up the five senses and discover how movement, breathe, and mindfulness can increase our flavor and scent receptors allowing us to smell and taste all of the notes of beer! Instructor Savannah Mignella will lead us flowing through this all-level friendly yoga class open to everyone 21+. The ticket includes 1 beer (fine print for regulations: the beer is within the sample amount allowed in conjunction with a tour of a Brewery). Workshops are held in our 220 Burnt Mill Rd Branchburg NJ studio. Join a class at 10am, 12 pm, 2pm or 4pm. Design and hand-build with slabs of clay a unique birdhouse or feeder. Finished pieces are decorative as well as functional. Many options are available. Items will be available for pick up about 4 weeks later. For ages 8 and above. Beginner to advanced skill level.
