Nature Infused Yoga

Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat. For ages 15 years and older. This workshop will be held outdoors when the weather is suitable. During inclement weather it will be held indoors. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. There will be no classes 4/4, 5/9, and 5/23.
