Second in a series of 4 symposia deep diving into the Middlebrook Encampment, 1777 and the Middlebrook Cantonment, during the winter of 1778-79. Finally gaining the eye of historians and history buff alike, Middlebrook opens up as a hidden gem that General Washington kept to his advantage. Speakers will breakdown logistics, archaeology, surveying, transportation of the army such as discovering about "Ned Hector: A Black Teamster in the Revolution". Easter Bunny at The Commons Located in Center Court, Easter Bunny at The Commons welcomes families for a magical visit with the famous Bunny in a colorful springtime flower field experience. Kicking off with the Bunny Hop Launch Party on March 16th at 11am with music, face painting, stilt walkers and more, the Easter photo experience will be open through March 30th. Bridgewater Commons’ guests will not only meet the magical Bunny but should anticipate a high-quality, studio photo experience as well. A percentage of sales will be donated to the Girl Scout Heart of New Jersey, a 501(c)(3) Organization. Open Studio Saturdays
Open Studio Saturdays with Frontline Arts February 24th from 12pm-3pm and then every third Saturday Members: $15 Non-Members: $25 Materials: You Provide Open Studios is a monthly event designed for community members to come together and create. It is not a led class, but rather an opportunity for those who have taken other classes to continue their creative process. During these sessions, up to five people can work in the studio at a time. To reserve equipment and workspace, participants must sign up online. This three-hour event allows participants to work on their projects while creating alongside others. It is not a class for learning new techniques, but it is a chance to build upon previous classes, skills, and techniques. A print-shop monitor will be present during the sessions to oversee equipment usage and answer general questions. The monitor can guide equipment usage, but will not offer detailed technical instructions or demonstrations. If you're looking to learn new skills or techniques, please visit our website for more information on our courses and one-on-one technical services. We hope to see you at Open Studios soon! Astronomy Tonight at RVCC Planetarium We’ve only got a few weeks left to prepare for the upcoming solar eclipse! Using the Planetarium’s DigitalSky digital theater, explore why and when we have eclipses, how to view a solar eclipse safely, and experience a guided tour of the stars and constellations of the night sky. Weather permitting, the 3M Observatory will be open after the show. Solar Eclipse glasses are available to purchase at the Planetarium’s gift shop. (Recommended for ages 8 to adult)

Starting Thursday night we will have not 1, or 2, or 3, BUT FOUR comedians for a comedy show in our sunroom!!!! Then, on Friday night, we will have The Benjamins playing in our bar area from 10 PM to 1 AM. Then on Saturday night, we will have The Wet Bandits playing from 10pm-1am. AND on Sunday - actual St. Patrick’s Day, we will have a St. Patrick’s Day themed buffet pretty much all day till about 7PM!!!!! We will also have Somerset County pipes and drums, and a Face Painter for all ages, which includes adults and children! THEN as an added surprise, we will have the popular band DAY ONE playing from 6-9pm!!!! So, please make sure you mark your calendars and come on out and party with us and have a great time!!
