Santa @ the Commons Presented by Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset 11/11 – 12/24, Center Court He’s back! Santa will begin welcoming children of all ages for visits and photos filled with holiday magic. Located in Center Court on the shopping center’s Lower Level, visits to Santa Celebration will begin Saturday, Nov. 11 through Sunday, Dec. 24. Watchung's Texier Open House Museum The Texier House Museum is Watchung’s central location for history, photos, fun facts, and artifacts. Visit and investigate each of the 6 rooms independently or together, speak with our tour guides, and learn about the many wonderful tales from Watchung’s (nearly) 100 year history! The Texier House Museum is typically open the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month from 2pm to 4pm, but be sure to periodically check this page for any updates or event closings. Admission is FREE. Donations are always greatly appreciated.

The Little Mermaid - Villagers Theatre Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen’s most beloved stories and the classic animated film, Disney’s The Little Mermaid is a hauntingly beautiful love story for the ages. With music by eight-time Academy Award winner, Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this fishy fable will capture your heart with its irresistible songs, including “Under the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl” and “Part of Your World.” Ariel, King Triton’s youngest daughter, wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above, bargaining with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea.
