Ross Farm presents Brooks Hubbard 7/31

July 31 @ 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm
NJ United States + Google Map

Ross Farm favorite Brooks Hubbard makes his return to Basking Ridge after playing virtual concerts nearly every Thursday night during the pandemic in his “Spread Love” livestream promoted as “A music show focused on good vibes.” Born in Enfield, NH and raised on Jackson Browne and Bruce Springsteen, Brooks has always been proud of where he comes from. He had his sights set on Los Angeles, but on the way to making this big move, Brooks stopped in Nashville to visit a friend and decided Tennessee made a good home base to grow as a singer-songwriter. He didn’t continue west until he joined up with his friend and mentor Stephen Kellogg for Kellogg’s “South, East, North, West” US tour in 2015-16. Shortly after, Brooks met LA session guitarist and Jackson Browne band member Val McCallum in Vermont and the two paired up for an album release show for Brooks’ second album “Start of Me.” They played several concerts together, leading to Brooks’ newest record “American Story,” which McCallum produced and funded. This is an outdoor concert, so guests should bring lawn chairs or blankets to spread. Registration is strongly encouraged, and a suggested donation of $20 for adults and $5
