Monday, May 25, 2026 – Memorial Day

Tour of Somerville, America’s oldest bike race, provides a ton of entertainment whether you’re an avid cyclist, a family looking for fun activities, or looking to celebrate in a Memorial Day weekend tradition in Somerset County.

Activities and schedule of events include:

Family Fun Ride: 8:00am – The streets are closed in Downtown Somerville during this time as families will take a tour of the area for a small registration fee.

Historic Memorial Day Parade: 8:30am – The parade begins in front of the Somerset County Courthouse and includes veterans, local schools bands, organizations, police, fire and emergency groups, and military vehicles.

Tour of Somerville: 9:25-6:00 pm – More than 500 of the top cyclists from around the world will compete in a variety of races starting with Junior men and women, amateur races for seniors and masters, followed by the feature races in the afternoon with the professional men and women events.
