Nature Infused Yoga

Nature Infused Yoga Led by Kristin Mylecraine, Yoga Teacher. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Preregistration is required.  Ticket sales end at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. The in-person class has a limit of 10 people. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. The Art of Mosaics Workshop

The Art of Mosaics Workshop Welcome to the world of mosaics, where not only is it okay to break things, it is expected! This 6- hour intensive workshop will introduce beginners to the basics of mosaic making: the astonishing variety of materials and adhesives, design and composition, the cutting and laying out of tile, and the grouting process. Supplies such as vitreous glass tile, ceramic tile, stained glass, and china are available for students to explore and incorporate in their work, and all the necessary tools, adhesives, and materials are provided. Students will complete an 8” x 6” Mosaic by the day’s end. All materials will be provided.

Santa’s Birthday Celebration and Holiday Kickoff Santa’s Birthday Celebration and Holiday Kickoff! – Saturday, Nov. 11, 11am – 1pm Santa at The Commons kicks off the season in the most spectacular way with Santa’s birthday party! Though timeless, Santa still celebrates his special day every year with Mrs. Claus, and you are invited for holiday party with music, dancing, balloon art, magic, and of course a birthday sing-along for Santa. Guests will enjoy sweet treats provided by the Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey, while supplies last.  And don’t forget a present! While not for Santa, bring an unopened toy to the birthday party and Santa will make sure it gets to a child in need through the Salvation Army and you get $5 off your Santa photo for your good deed!

With music by eight-time Academy Award winner, Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this fishy fable will capture your heart with its irresistible songs, including “Under the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl” and “Part of Your World.” Ariel, King Triton’s youngest daughter, wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above, bargaining with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea.
