Join the instructors for Sherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary photography workshop series for an exhibit of nature-oriented photography Phil and Becky Witt, David and Cathy DesRochers, Jack and Ellen Moskowitz and Jacki Dickert will have a show of their nature- oriented images in the Wayrick Wildlife Art Gallery! NJWhisky Weekend @ Bellemara Distillery It's official: June 16-18 is Whisky Weekend at Bellemara, where we'll be releasing two whiskies, the first bottling of our Single Cask Barrel Strength series and the first iteration of our Signature American Single Malt Whisky. To celebrate, we're excited to also be hosting a few special opportunities for you to enjoy and learn about our whiskies. Our Whisky 101 Class - American Single Malts is deep dive session where you will learn about the production process starting with malted barley all the way through the science of distillation and barrel maturation. Includes a guided tasting of both whiskies. The Whisky Tour & Tasting is a shorter behind the scenes tour of the distillery with a focus on whisky production and barrel aging. Learn about the single malt process from grain to glass and enjoy a guided tasting of our whiskies. We also have just a few spots available in our Distillery Club as well.
