LIGHT OPERA OF NEW JERSEY PRESENTS “DON GIOVANNI”.

NJ

Meet Don Giovanni.  The seducer. The manipulator who lives only for his own pleasure. Our antihero is surrounded by his frustrated servant Leporello and three women: fiery Donna Elvira, tormented Donna Anna, and impressionable Zerlina. Our production will transport you to 1990’s Spain in the decadent style of cinematographer Pedro Almodovar. Our set and costumes are a celebration of Spanish kitsch replete with Chanel clothing, neon signs and pop culture influences. Filled with thrilling music, drama, humor, and a finale so powerfully dramatic that it changed music forever, this is a production not to be missed!
