Enjoy a ~1 hour indoor, all-level yoga class taught by certified Yoga instructor and Director of Education, Lauren Theis. Class will be followed with an optional ~45 minute guided hike on the easy trails of Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve! Bring your own mat, or there will be a limited amount of mats to borrow.
