Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat. For ages 15 years and older. This class will be held weekly from 3/2/25 to 5/31/25. There will be no class on 4/19, 5/10, and 5/24.
This workshop will be held outdoors when the weather is suitable. During inclement weather it will be held indoors.
We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket.
COST: $15 members, $19 nonmembers.
Ticket sale ends at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class.
