Martha Elliott, co-leader of Princeton Insight Meditation, will lead this walk and show us how to see, hear, smell, touch and walk outside with more clarity and awareness.   A perfect time to explore our wonderful, wild world.

Meet in the parking lot of Rock Mill Preserve. Wear waterproof boots and warm clothing. The trail can be wet.  Free and open to the public.
