As Millstone Borough celebrates its 250th anniversary, The Final Tolling of the Bells brings the community’s Revolutionary-era history to life through an original historical drama by local playwright Vita Morales.

Set in Millstone during a pivotal moment in the American Revolution, the play explores the people behind the history—their hopes, conflicts, courage, and difficult choices. Morales received a Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Medal of Merit for the play.

Presented by local actors and community members, the free performance offers audiences an opportunity to experience Millstone’s history through live theater while reflecting on themes that remain remarkably relevant today.

The performance will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
