A new upstairs neighbor to Tapastre, this Pop Up Brewpub offers month-long brewpub like experiences – 1 brewery, 1 month, up to 12 lines on draft and custom designed plates paired with and using the brewery’s products.  Once the month ends, it starts all over again with a new brewery and new menu items.  The gastropub menu focuses on using sustainable and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible to support local farms and ensure quality and freshness.
