At Osteria Morini, Chef Michael White invites you to join him on a culinary journey to Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, known as the Italian Breadbasket, and the birthplace of some of the flavors and ingredients commonly associated with Italian cuisine worldwide. Morini’s menu stays true to the authenticity of Emilia-Romagna cuisine: traditional ragus and stuffed pastas; Pietanze (entrees) such as Petroniana (veal cutlet); Prosciutto di Parma (truffled cream and buttered spinach); and Carne ai Ferri (simply grilled meats). Osteria Morini also showcases an extensive selection of wines and Italian aperitifs and digestifs as well as a signature Italian-inspired cocktail list.
