Step onto one of our alpaca farms in Somerset County! These adorable, curious animals are ready for some fun. Most of the alpaca farms will offer visitors the opportunity to feed and pet the alpacas. Reserve a time to walk them around the property and even get your zen in with some yoga with alpacas! Here’s where you can get up close and personal with these fluffy friends in Somerset County, NJ:

Hidden Spring Lavender & Alpaca Farm (Montgomery)

Open Saturdays and Sundays, Hidden Spring Lavender & Alpaca Farm has alpacas waiting to spend time with you. Reserve a time to walk the alpacas along the property and watch them roll around in the grass. During the summer months, meander through the lavender fields (free to visit though donations are highly recommended). Peruse the shop for lots of alpaca and lavender items and pamper yourself – or someone else! with a thoughtful gift.


Bluebird Farm Alpacas (Peapack)

Nestled in the Somerset Hills is Bluebird Farm Alpacas. Visitors are welcome to reserve a time to visit the farm to pet and walk the alpacas. Bluebird Farm also offers educational tours and yoga with alpacas, as well as event space, making for a unique venue to any occasion.

Swallow Hill Farm (Hillsborough)

Swallow Hill Farm is located on the picturesque countryside of Hillsborough. Visitors can explore the bucolic landscape, meet and walk the alpacas, and shop for artisanal goods. They are open to the public on certain dates. Please check the farm is open for visitors before heading over.

Triple S Farm (Montgomery)

In the Sourland Mountains you’ll find Triple S Farm – a family-owned farm that prides itself on organic and sustainable farming practices. Triple S Farm has not only alpacas on site, but also llamas and chickens too!
