Harvest Home Dinner
We are excited to welcome you to a memorable evening of food, fellowship, and reflection at our Harvest Home Dinner! Rooted in the rich traditions of African American faith and culture, this special event celebrates the harvest season by gathering around the table to share a meal, stories, and music. Enjoy locally-sourced dishes crafted by a talented African American chef and immerse yourself in powerful storytelling that connects us to our community’s past.
This night promises warmth and connection as we nourish not only our bodies but also our hearts and souls. Indulge in a delicious multi-course meal, enjoy live music, and listen to the experiences of descendants from the True family and former members of Mt. Zion AME Church. In the spirit of giving back, we’ll also be collecting donations for local food pantries. Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate our heritage while making a difference!
