Country Night at Green Knoll Grill
Country Night at Green Knoll Grill
Rising Country stars, Not Leaving Sober, had a summer to remember opening for national acts such as Morgan Wallen, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Chris Lane, Jordan Davis & more. And now they're bringing the party to Bridgewater playing all of your favorite Country hits and sprinkling in some of their chart climbing original songs. Not Leaving Sober was named one of NJ.com’s “New Jersey Artists You Need to Hear in 2023”, and it’s easy to see why. As 95.9 The WRAT said, “Having built a following through acclaimed in-person performances, off-the-wall antics, and a great social media presence, Not Leaving Sober is a true grass roots success story”. This 5-piece outfit from the Jersey shore has seamlessly created their own lane in the Country-Southern Rock genre. From the devil-may-care attitude to the angelic vocal harmonies, there are two things you are guaranteed to find — unique and infectious choruses and absolutely electric, rowdy, live performances. Not Leaving Sober’s niche is a breath of fresh air in a sea of musical regularity. Their mission: Chronicle their lifestyle on the Jersey shore — partying, performing and barely getting by, while also bringing some of Nashville’s magic home to NJ through

The Annual Battle of Bound Brook Living History Weekend is held each spring to commemorate the actual Battle of Bound Brook that took place April 13, 1777, during the American Revolution. RideWise is giving adults in need of reliable transportation a new ride through our program, BikeConnect. This partnership between RideWise and Pops Bike Shop in Somerville is a bicycle rehabilitation program that repairs donated bicycles and gives them to adults who need reliable transportation for employment. How does BikeConnect work? Bicycles that are donated to RideWise are first sent to Pops Bike Shop for repairs. The repaired bicycles are then donated to adults referred to RideWise by nonprofit organizations in Somerset County. In addition to getting a bicycle, the team at Pops outfits each bicycle with a bell and lights to comply with New Jersey biking laws, along with a helmet and bicycle lock. Bike recipients also receive instruction in cycling safety from RideWise as part of the donation. I would like to donate a bicycle. How do I do that? There are several ways you can donate a bicycle to BikeConnect. Visit our BikeConnect Donations page to learn more. WE CURRENTLY ARE IN NEED OF LARGE-FRAME BIKES (for people 5’9 and taller).

Brook Orchestra presents Rossini, Suk, and Dvorak
Join us for the beautiful sounds of Rossini, Suk, and Dvo?ák played by our very own Brook Orchestra under the Direction of Thomas Vacca. This powerful set will invoke your senses of wonder and awe. Rossini's Overture for William Tell was designed to present the day in the life of a Switzerland in revolt. As the piece accelerates it introduces a determined galloping energy. Suk's Scherzo Fantastique is a relatively short piece that plays many jokes on the listener by misleading the expectations of the form. Dvo?ák's Symphony No. 9 in E minor is nicknamed "from the New World" because Dvorak wrote it during the time he spent in the U.S. in the 1890's. It has been said that Dvo?ák was inspired by the "wide open spaces" of America.
