The Lunar New Year is the grandest ancient traditional festival in Asia signaling the beginning of spring and the arrival of the new year. \nCelebrating the Year of the Fire Horse\, the traditional Chinese giving of red envelopes filled with treats and special offers will delight lucky attendees. Families are also welcomed to partake in a Chinese arts and crafts workshop at the Event Space on both Saturday\, February 21 and February 22 from 12pm – 6pm\, located on the Main Level next to Vans. \nEstablished in 2019\, CCCE is a non-profit organization founded in New Jersey and its mission of CCCE is twofold: to help preserve Chinese culture and heritage and to promote unity\, harmony\, and respect for all demographic groups within the community. Through sharing East Asian culture and art\, CCCE provides several cultural events annually including The Dragon Boat Festival\, Mid-Autumn Festival\, Lunar Chinese New Year and many more.

Your bones might start humming along. Your brain might decide to take an unscheduled vacation. And that weird tension you’ve been carrying in your left shoulder? It’s confused now\, possibly dissolved.\nIt’s meditation for people who can’t sit still\, a concert where falling asleep is encouraged\, and a full-body massage made entirely of noise. You emerge feeling like you’ve been lightly scrambled in the best possible way—relaxed\, slightly disoriented\, and wondering if you just astral-projected or just took a really good nap.\nBasically\, it’s the auditory equivalent of being a cat in a sunbeam\, if that sunbeam also made reverberating “ommmmm” sounds.
